I recently purchased Argivit Focus syrup from a pharmacy, and as soon as I opened the bottle, the liquid started foaming and spilling out uncontrollably. This was alarming and made me hesitant to use the product. The syrup had been stored at room temperature under proper conditions, and its expiration date had not yet passed, so there was no reason for it to behave this way.
The unexpected foaming raises serious concerns about the safety and quality control of Argivit Focus. A product that is meant to be consumed should never create doubt or fear in the customer, especially when it is used for health purposes. Despite following the correct storage guidelines, I was faced with a product that seemed unstable and unusable.
I expect Argivit to take full responsibility for this issue, provide a clear explanation as to why the syrup foamed upon opening, and compensate me for the financial loss I experienced. I also request reassurance that this will not happen to other consumers. I demand a prompt response and resolution to restore confidence in the brand.
