On 11.08.2025, I purchased Argivit Focus dietary supplement from a pharmacy, paying ₺600. The product’s lot/serial number is 12.26 / 24023031. About an hour after buying it, I opened the box and was shocked to see black particles inside the syrup. At first, I assumed it might be due to the concentration of vitamins, but after doing some research, I learned that this is not normal and could indicate a defect in the product.
I have used Argivit Focus before and never experienced this issue. Unfortunately, before noticing the black particles, I had already given a dose to my child. While no immediate health reaction occurred, I am now extremely worried about possible risks and do not feel safe continuing to use this supplement.
This experience has seriously shaken my confidence in Argivit’s quality control. For a children’s supplement, safety and purity should be guaranteed, yet I am left with doubts and concerns. I request that the company replace this defective product immediately and provide a detailed explanation of why black particles appeared in this batch. I expect an urgent response and resolution so that parents can trust the product again.
