In our pharmacy, we have been selling Hekim İlaç Argivit Focus vitamins, but recently we encountered a serious quality issue. Out of the 10 boxes we had in stock, three showed visible defects as soon as they were opened. Even in the unopened packages, we noticed that the active ingredient inside had begun to form sediment, raising concerns about the product’s stability and safety. Several of our patients returned the products after noticing the same issue, which has left both our customers and our pharmacy dissatisfied and concerned.
This problem has been ongoing for about a week, ever since we received this batch, and it continues to affect our sales and patient trust. Despite the expiration dates being valid, the presence of sediment in a vitamin supplement is unacceptable and points to a possible manufacturing or storage issue.
We attempted to reach Hekim İlaç customer service several times by phone, but unfortunately, we could not get any response. As a result, we have been left without support while our patients are questioning the quality and safety of the product.
I urgently request that Hekim İlaç investigate this defective batch, provide a clear explanation for the sediment formation, and take immediate corrective action. A replacement or refund should be offered for all affected products to restore confidence and prevent further harm to both pharmacies and patients.
