Arçelik 9146yk Washer Dryer Not Working and Spare Part Unavailable

My Arçelik 9146yk washer-dryer hasn't been working for about 10 days. After the problem started, I called the authorized service center. The service center told me that a defective part was unavailable and that I needed to buy a new one. However, only one part of my machine is defective, and I don't want to buy a new one. Furthermore, I'm having trouble understanding why they say the part is unavailable when my machine is still available for sale. Even though the warranty has expired, I demand that the defective part (process fan) be purchased and repaired. I request that Arçelik assist me in this matter and compensate me for my inconvenience.

Unfortunately, you were not able to help with the issue. I was called by customer service, but I was told that there are no spare parts and nothing will be done. By not keeping spare parts for the machines you sell, you force people to replace their appliances every 10 years. You have turned people into a consumer society; this is wasteful and a shame.
