I placed an order from Arby’s, but what I received looked nothing like the menu image. I even asked the staff twice to confirm if it was the correct order, and they assured me it was. However, the sandwich was practically empty inside—just bread and a few tomato slices.

The visuals show a sandwich stuffed with ingredients, but the reality was extremely disappointing. I felt misled and regret ordering from Arby’s. This experience has left me frustrated, and I don’t plan to order from them again.

I request Arby’s to address this issue, ensure their food matches the advertised images, and improve quality control to prevent future customer dissatisfaction.
