Earlier today, I placed an order for the KFC Cruncheesy Box, and I deeply regret it. What I received was nothing like the product advertised. The sandwich was completely missing the chicken, cheese, and pickles. It was just plain, dry bread. This is completely unacceptable!
Are we paying for empty bread? This level of negligence is beyond disappointing. I expect KFC to prepare orders correctly, but this was far from the quality promised. I’ve attached a photo of the incomplete product as evidence.
