I’ve had repeated issues with Arby’s consistently ignoring order notes and delivering incomplete items. Despite clearly writing my requests in bold letters, not once have I received an accurate order. For instance, I paid extra for curly fries, yet they only sent a partial order, and half of it turned out to be crinkle-cut fries instead, as shown in my attached image. This disregard for customer requests is incredibly frustrating and feels disrespectful. I expect Arby’s to take these complaints seriously and address these issues with their team, as this level of service is unacceptable for loyal customers.
