Popeyes Fails to Meet Promised 120g Portion Size at One Branch

I am a regular customer who frequently orders the Maxi XL Menu from Popeyes. For a long time, I have been experiencing serious issues with portion size, especially at your Mardin Mardian AVM location. First of all, I am satisfied with the staff’s attitude and politeness, and I am not complaining about the employees at all. However, I am consistently disappointed with every order because the product portion size is below what is promised. The chicken in the Maxi XL Menu is supposed to be 120 grams, but at the Mardin Mardian AVM branch, the portions are often between 60 and 90 grams.
On January 14, 2026, I specifically requested that the products be weighed. One portion came out to 65 grams, and the other was 90 grams. I would like to emphasize that this is not an isolated incident; nearly every time I order, I experience a similar shortage. Last week, I also ordered the Maxi XL Menu at your branches in Ankara and Kırıkkale, and I again asked for the products to be weighed. At both locations, the portions were exactly 120 grams, which shows that this issue is specific to the Mardin Mardian AVM branch.
In addition, I noticed that in Mardin, the products are wrapped in regular paper, while at other branches they are wrapped in aluminum foil, indicating a difference in packaging standards as well. I am writing this complaint because I genuinely like Popeyes. I request that the product portion size always be standardized to the promised 120 grams and that the practices at the Mardin Mardian AVM branch—both in terms of portion size and packaging—be brought in line with the standards of your other locations. Until this issue is resolved, I regretfully plan to stop ordering the Maxi XL Menu. I kindly ask that the necessary checks be carried out and that I be informed of the outcome.
