Aras Kargo (Saka Branch) has not delivered my package for an entire week. When I contacted them yesterday, they assured me it would be delivered today. Instead, they falsely marked the package as delivered, even though I received nothing. I strongly believe my package has been stolen. I have camera footage clearly showing that no courier has visited my address in the past week, along with recorded phone calls with the branch. This isn't an isolated incident—many people I know have faced similar issues with undelivered packages from this branch. I will not let this be swept under the rug.
