Aras Kargo marked my package as delivered even though it was never delivered. We were out of town, and no call was made, nor was any delivery code provided. Despite submitting four complaints over the past two months, we have received no response and cannot reach anyone responsible. I now cancel my orders from Aras Kargo, which claims to be a corporate company, and purchase from elsewhere instead. The branch responsible for this issue is the Kayaşehir branch. We will be forced to file a lawsuit.
