Aras Kargo Package Was Not Delivered, But It Shows As Delivered

My package, which arrived in Turkey from abroad within a week, went missing at the Üsküdar/Setbaşı branch. Aras Kargo claimed it was delivered on December 18th, but I was at home, and no one rang the doorbell. I wasn’t even called on the phone. I asked around the area, but my package is nowhere to be found. The delivery code that should have been sent to me via SMS is also not on my phone. I created an inquiry and added urgency, but I have received no response. Since I don’t have the package, I cannot even return the item. I expect immediate action regarding my package, which was supposed to be delivered by the Setbaşı branch. I will not let this go and am prepared to escalate the issue to the relevant authorities. Please provide an explanation and deliver my package to me!
