My Package Was Marked as Delivered but I Never Received Anything From Aras Kargo

I was expecting some packages to be delivered by Aras Kargo. Today, I received a message saying the delivery was completed, but nothing had been delivered. I called the Aras Kargo Ispartakule branch, and they told me it was a mistake and that the package would be delivered within an hour. Two hours later, I received another delivery confirmation, but still nothing had arrived. When I called the branch again, they said there was a mix-up with the building blocks. I went to the block and apartment they mentioned, but nothing had been left there either. Later, I called customer service and filed a complaint. They told me the package would be delivered by 8:30 PM, but it never showed up. When I enter the tracking number, the system still says it has been delivered. Aras Kargo has lost my package and caused me both financial and emotional distress.
