Aras Kargo Sent My Order to the Wrong Branch and Ignored Me

My Hepsiburada order with tracking number 5723******860 was supposed to be delivered to my address in Kuruçay Neighborhood, Akşehir, Konya, but Aras Kargo mistakenly sent it to the Seydişehir branch instead. My package has been sitting there for 12 days, and no one has taken any action. I’ve called both the Seydişehir branch and Aras Kargo customer service multiple times, yet no proper explanation or solution has been provided. The customer service representatives acted uninterested and uninformed, as if they weren’t even Aras Kargo employees. Despite paying the delivery fee, the delivery time has long passed, leaving me victimized. This level of irresponsibility and indifference is unacceptable. I demand that my package be delivered to me immediately today and that Aras Kargo resolve this issue promptly. I will never use Aras Kargo again and will warn everyone around me to do the same.
