Aras Kargo Lost My Shipment With a Check and Failed to Investigate at the Branch

On November 21, 2024, I shipped with tracking number 4096665856105 from the Aras Kargo Santral branch. On November 22, 2024, my package, which contained a check, was stolen from the Aras Kargo Cennet branch. Despite the last vehicle being identified as belonging to the Cennet branch (license plate 34 EU 45**), no investigation was conducted, and no responsible parties were found. The check is now being attempted to be cashed at factoring companies. When we called the Cennet branch, they claimed the package was returned due to the recipient, but when the recipient went to the branch to inquire, they were told the package did not exist. Now, the Santral branch claims the package was sent. I have filed a complaint with the Anadolu Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office regarding this matter. This branch should not be trusted, and I will closely follow up on this issue.

In your branch, they state the situation as follows: they personally said that if I go to the headquarters and cause a bit of trouble, Aras Kargo could find this situation if they want. However, there isn't even an investigation; as a corporate company, we made a mistake by trusting you and entrusting our cargo to you. But I will personally follow up on this situation.

Friends, no problem has been resolved, do not trust this brand. They did not stand behind my cargo, and unfortunately, I could not get a positive response despite not wanting an investigation.
