Amazon Shipment Delay - No Status Update

I purchased a product worth ₺166,000 from a seller on Amazon on October 23. The item was handed over to Aras Kargo the same day. My shipment, with tracking number 5734197373653, was supposed to be delivered on October 25 but has still not arrived, even after three days. The last update was on October 23, and as of October 28, it still shows as being at the Orhanlı Transfer branch. Given the high value of the product, I suspect it may have been stolen. I am prepared to take legal action if necessary. I contacted Aras Kargo customer service, and although they said they would investigate, no solution has been provided, and I still haven’t received my package. I request an urgent update on the status of my shipment.
