Aras Kargo Delivered My N11 Order to the Wrong Person and Refuses to Compensate

The product I purchased on N11 was handed over to Aras Kargo by the seller on November 25, 2024. On November 26, it was delivered by the Aras Kargo İzmir Serinkuyu branch to an unknown person and address without using a delivery code. When trying to call the phone numbers associated with the Serinkuyu branch, it is impossible to reach them as calls are automatically redirected to the call center. It has now been a full month since November 26. Despite repeatedly contacting the call center and creating numerous service requests, all I have been told is, "The branch delivered the product." However, the delivery records clearly show that I am not the person who received the package, as evidenced by the recipient's name. Your branch, lacking basic professional ethics, and Aras Kargo, which offers no solutions, have been stalling me with excuses instead of compensating me for the lost product. It has become my responsibility to ensure that everyone knows about this disgraceful treatment!

On December 27th, I was informed by customer service that a refund would be issued to the credit card I used for payment as compensation. It has been 10 days, and unfortunately, there is still no refund. I called the call center again 2 days ago, and as always, another record was created. Aras Kargo is a disappointment!
