Aras Kargo Lost My Package and Offers No Resolution for the Issue
My package with tracking number 4081177827023 from Aras Kargo has not been delivered twice already. I’ve tried contacting them several times, but the store manager told me that Aras Kargo had lost my package. But they haven't helped me find the stuff or split up the package parts that I need right now. I'm in a tough spot right now because I'm still waiting on stuff that should have arrived by now. I'm asking for the quick return of either some parts of the package or, better yet, everything inside it. If Aras Kargo can't sort this out soon, I'll have to look into all my legal options to deal with this issue.
The problem still hasn't been resolved. Ms. Serenay, who called for assistance, said that I could contact her if a refund was not issued, but unfortunately, she did not call back despite my attempts. I am urgently awaiting help.
