Aras Kargo Marked My Package as Delivered but I Never Received It

I see that my package with tracking number 55379224777*** is marked as delivered by Aras Kargo to a person named Mehmet Mustafa B****, but I have not received it at all. I have looked into this carefully, and there is absolutely no indication of the package being delivered to my address. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with detailed information regarding who accepted the delivery, the precise time it occurred, and the address where it was left. When I contacted customer service, the response I got was not clear.
