Urgent Refund Request - Lost Return Package
I am experiencing a major issue with my order number 203812926531, which I purchased on N11 on August 29 and returned via Aras Kargo. During the return process, the package was pulled back by the courier and got lost. When I contacted Aras Kargo customer service, they informed me that the package was lost, but on the N11 system it shows as delivered to me. However, I never received the product. The lost package contained clothing items worth ₺2299. Shipping insurance was provided by N11, yet since August 29 I have not received any support from either Aras Kargo or N11, and my grievance continues. Therefore, I request a refund of the amount for my lost product and kindly ask for the issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
