Repeated Delivery Failures

Dear Aras Kargo Customer Service, I am writing to formally express my ongoing frustration with deliveries from the Trabzon İbrahim Cep branch. For over a year, all my Aras Kargo shipments have consistently been marked in the system as “non-deliverable to address,” which prevents the packages from being delivered to my home. As a result, I am forced to pick up my parcels from the branch. I have not encountered such issues with any other courier services. Each time, I attempt to resolve this by providing an alternative address via email and requesting the shipment be delivered there, or by calling the branch. However, phone calls are never answered. Consequently, I continue to face inconvenience and must collect my packages in person. When I visit the branch, staff claim that this is a company policy and that home delivery is not provided. I find it difficult to understand why this issue occurs only with Aras Kargo. Currently, I am again facing this problem with a recent shipment. This particular package, ordered via the Temu app from China to Turkey, has already encountered delays and difficulties due to Aras Kargo’s inability to deliver even within the same city over short distances. This repeated problem is extremely inconvenient and unacceptable. I kindly request that my current package be delivered to the updated address I have provided and that the repeated delivery failures be addressed. Additionally, despite sending emails to customer service, I have not received any response, and phone contact remains impossible. I urge that this issue be resolved promptly to prevent further inconvenience. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.
