I Can’t Verify My ID for Amazon Order via Aramex

I placed an order on Amazon and completed the required identity verification on my Amazon account without any issues. However, since the shipment is being handled by Aramex, I received an additional email stating I needed to verify my ID again through their system. The email included a link to complete the verification — but the link doesn't work at all. It leads nowhere.

Trying to fix the issue, I created an account on Aramex to see if I could verify my ID that way, but there is no option anywhere on the platform to complete the process. When I check my shipment tracking, it says “Waiting for identity verification,” but when I click the link, nothing happens.

How can something as basic as identity verification be made this difficult? There’s no guidance, no contact support from Aramex, and my shipment has been stuck for days. I have no way to move forward. I’m beyond frustrated at this point.

Amazon and Aramex need to provide a functional, clear verification process and fix this broken link immediately. I demand a prompt solution so I can finally receive the item I paid for.
