I Can’t Verify My ID for Aramex Delivery After Amazon Order

I’m facing the exact same problem described in the complaint above. I placed an order through Amazon and completed the identity verification process required on my Amazon account. However, since the shipment is being handled by Aramex, I received an email saying I need to verify my identity through their system as well.

The problem is, the link they provided to verify my ID does not work at all. I’ve tried it multiple times on different browsers and devices—nothing opens. I even created an Aramex account thinking I could upload my ID there, but there’s no such option in the system.

When I check the shipment tracking page, it says “Waiting for ID verification,” but there is no actual way to verify anything. Clicking the link leads nowhere, and it’s extremely frustrating.

A process as simple as uploading an ID should not be this complicated in 2025. This delay is unnecessary and unacceptable. I’m asking Aramex and Amazon to fix this verification issue urgently, or at least provide a working link or an alternative method. I just want my product delivered, and this ID mess is preventing it for no good reason. Please resolve this immediately.
