I ordered a product from Amazon and a few days later received an email titled “Verification Process for Your Shipment.” The email said I needed to verify my identity by entering my Turkish ID number. However, the link they provided doesn’t work at all — it’s a broken demo link that redirects to an Aramex page that doesn’t load.
For over a week now, my shipment has been in limbo, listed as “on hold” due to the lack of ID verification. I tried everything—different browsers, devices, even searching for an alternative method—but nothing works. There is no valid way to submit my identity, and what’s worse, there is no customer service number or any working contact information for Aramex that I can find.
I trusted Amazon to handle this smoothly, but instead I’m stuck without my order because of a faulty verification system and zero support. This is absolutely unacceptable. Both Amazon and Aramex need to urgently provide a working verification link or allow me to confirm my identity another way. I paid for my order and now I’m stuck waiting because of a technical issue that no one is addressing. Please resolve this immediately so I can receive my shipment.
