I Face Delayed Refund From AliExpress After Order Cancellation (Order No: 1115125668314695)
On August 12, 2025, I placed an order for shoes on AliExpress (Order No: 1115125668314695). Since the product was not shipped within the stated timeframe, my order was automatically canceled by the system, and on September 2, 2025, a refund was initiated.
AliExpress officially informed me that the refund would be credited to my bank card within 2–5 days. However, despite this promise, the refund of $33.48 USD has still not been deposited into my account.
There has been no change to my bank card or account details, so the delay cannot be explained by such issues. Unfortunately, I also could not find a direct customer service channel to resolve this with AliExpress.
I am requesting that the refund of $33.48 USD be processed and credited to my bank card immediately. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and I expect AliExpress to resolve it quickly.
