27I ordered items from Amazon US, paid the necessary import fees, and yet, the company is inexplicably holding my products. They claim they need additional information, but when I email, I receive no response, and my calls go unanswered. What do you need from me? If there’s a real issue, at least be upfront. Either deliver the items I paid for or confirm that they won’t be arriving, so I can find closure and move on. Amazon, these are my items, and I’ve paid every required fee—please resolve this promptly and provide the service I expected.
