Apple iPhone 14 Rear Camera Doesn't Focus When Zooming in on Object
purchased an iPhone 14 from the Teknosa store, but within just two months of buying it, I noticed a problem with the rear camera. When zooming in on any object, the camera failed to focus properly, resulting in blurry images. I took the phone to the store, and they sent it to the warranty service. However, upon receiving it back, I observed that nothing had been fixed. Considering the significant amount of money we invest in a phone in today's conditions in Turkey (48k in this case), the situation is highly unsatisfactory. It seems like they returned the phone without even checking it. I've sent it back to warranty service again, and if the issue persists without resolution, I am prepared to escalate the matter to the Consumer Rights Protection. If anyone has experienced a similar situation and can share their actions or advice, I would appreciate it.
