Apple Refuses to Help with International Purchase
this February I bought iphone 14 promax from Los Angeles. I'm living in Turkey. Since 10 months I'm using this mobile phone, but last week my phone is damaged. Suddenly it shut down and not open. I went to Apple store and they told me that they can not help because I bought it from Usa. I do not understand why they can not help?? I bought from Apple store in USA, so now I go to Apple store. They need to help but they are not looking. From last 10days I have no phone and I'm in hard position. Can you help me what can I do? Model number A2651
