Apple iPhone 15 Pro Freezing Issues
I use the iPhone 15 Pro. I began utilizing the device in December. I've experienced freezing issues on multiple occasions. On my initial visit, I contacted the iPhone authorities who provided me with instructions on how to reset the device. They assured me that I could follow the same procedure in case the issue recurred. So if there's a recurring issue, it's not as simple as sending a request and expecting a quick resolution. "Keep resetting," advises the service officer from iPhone Turkey. Whenever the device freezes, the objects and applications on the screen become abnormally large, making it impossible for me to log in anywhere. I can't turn it off because it's stuck on the screen, and the reset system, which is my only option to shut it down, isn't working. This issue has persisted for four or five occurrences. Occasionally, the device encounters an error and requires a reset. I believe that the handling of quality should be more responsible, especially considering the significant amount of money involved. I kindly request the authorities to promptly reach out and assist me in resolving my issue in a positive manner.
