I had an issue with my Nike Apple Watch, and Apple did not replace it

On December 24, 2022, I purchased an Apple watch Nike serial 7 45 mm watch with serial number STN92JV7345 and invoice number BC32022000004748 from the Teknosa store. The product failed after only one week. The device was then delivered to Apple Zorlu. It was reported to be defective. They said I could go to Teknosa and change my product based on this report. I submitted the report to Teknosa, and they said it needed to be examined. They examined the report for a week and said it was invalid, and we needed to send the device to the service. The device was later sent to KVK technical service, where it was determined to be defective. Teknosa says they do not replace the device, despite two reports, and Apple does not accept the reports. I would like Apple to look into this matter and resolve my complaint. Because Apple refuses to accept the report, Teknosa will undoubtedly return. I need to know right away.
