Apple Watch 7 Series Warranty Woes

I discovered that my Apple Watch 7 Series couldn't perform ECG readings, so I reached out to Apple support. On May 29, 2023, I left it at Zentech Bursa and was informed that I could collect it in 2 days. I received it before it was sent to Apple's repair center with service code SRV228490 from Zentech. However, the issue persisted, so on 10.08.2023, I contacted Apple support again and handed the device to Genpa Bursa Turkey. Genpa sent it to Apple's repair center, where it was deemed unauthorized for processing. Despite being examined by two authorized services, my product was returned due to an unauthorized transaction claim. Zentech was unaware of their involvement in Bursa. It's a significant disappointment that even Apple isn't aware of their authorized service center's activities, leaving our high-priced products unsupported.
