The Same Apple Watch7 Got Different Reports From Different Service Branches

I sent my Apple Watch 7 45 mm watch, which I have been using for about 3 months, to Apple KVK Besiktas technical service (via Vatanbilgisayar) because it did not charge and did not turn on. In the first report, it was reported that the watch was not turned on and not charged, and it was reported to me that a refund or replacement was required. The clock was sent back to Homeland. However, when the serial number of the watch was checked during the return and exchange process at Vatan Bilgisayar, it was determined that it was not purchased from Vatan Bilgisayar. (I had bought 3 of these watches before, my fault was bought from PTTAVM...) Later, I took the watch from Vatanbilgisayar and sent it to Ankara Apple Basari Technical Service, where it could be closer to me. However, I was informed here that there was liquid contact with the watch and that it was out of warranty and the cost of repair was almost as much as the price of the watch. I made a complaint to Apple officials and asked why it was detected here when there was no liquid contact in the first service. They asked me to send the watch back to Apple KVK Besiktas technical service. I sent it again, this time at the service that did not mention the liquid contact in the first place, the liquid contact was detected in the return or exchange service. As if he was kidding, the Apple official said that there is liquid contact on the watch, we can't do anything. Now, how can different services report differently to this watch, which is definitely not in contact with liquid from me? I think I was cheated because it is a return exchange. In addition, while the watch is water resistant to 50 m, how did I dive to 51 m? They don't even question that there might be a manufacturing defect in the watch, and an isolation error. Otherwise, I will seek all my legal rights and plan to report the matter to Apple headquarters.
