AirPods 3 from Apple are Defective; Please Replace or Refund
I purchased a generation model of Apple Airpods 3 from Teknosa on December 12, 2022, but unfortunately, the right earphone is defective. I immediately took the device to the authorized repair services, Gürgençler and KVK, but was dissatisfied with the low frequency repair solution they offered. As the device is brand new, I refuse to accept a repair that may not fix the problem. I have been requesting that Teknosa immediately resolve this situation for months and replace the defective product or refund my purchase. I would appreciate any assistance you can offer in getting this matter resolved quickly.
