My Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max Began Acting Strangely

On August 22, 2023, I purchased an Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max 128 GB from Teknosa. It began acting strangely after about 27 days, turning on and off on its own and losing network connectivity. I took it to an authorized Apple service center, where the problems were documented. I gave Teknosa the report and the purchase invoice, and they said a replacement could be arranged. They claim that there is no stock in any Teknosa store in Turkey, and I've been waiting since September 22, 2023. It's been approximately a week, and it's baffling that a giant like Sabancı Holding, which owns Teknosa, can't locate a single iPhone 14 Pro Max. Their problem-solving methods are inadequate, and Apple has been of little assistance. This level of indifference and incompetence is unprecedented, and I'm beyond frustrated.
