Apple iPhone 11 Service and Replacement Problems

I requested the replacement of the Apple iPhone 11, which was purchased in May 2021, and then replaced with a new one under warranty due to the stain and battery problem in the camera. I specifically requested that the phone I sent to the service not be opened and that the device, if possible, be replaced with the same model. This request was also made to Apple customer service. Following that, the service representative stated that the problem was only with the camera, that there was no problem with the battery, and that the camera could be exchanged under warranty if I requested it. Because changing the camera will not prevent the phone from turning off and the problem will not be completely resolved, I requested that it be returned to me with no action. The service stated that the phone was sent without any action and with a shipping fee. I received the phone from the cargo on March 8, 2022. When I checked the phone, I discovered that it had been opened, that the screws had been inserted at random, and that there was a stain on the screen (I think it was due to the actions taken). I called Apple customer service the next day and explained the situation in detail, including photos. They promised to take care of it and contacted me four days later. saying that the actions taken are correct and that no wrong action has been taken. They instructed me to forward the phone to another service. By appealing to the situation, I am appealing to you. I currently have a faulty camera, a faulty battery, and a phone that has been opened and the screen has been broken as a result of the service operations. I demand that the phone, which has become unusable due to company and service faults, be replaced with the same brand and model, or that if it has been discontinued, the upper models be changed or that the current price be paid to me.
