Asics GEL-Nimbus 10.1 Return Issue Due to Order Tracking Error
I purchased a size 42.5 GEL-Nimbus 10.1 Black/Clay Grey shoe from the Asics Turkey website with order number 846UR8727F. After receiving the product, I realized that the size was too small for me and decided to return it. However, because my order has been showing as “packing” for days on the order tracking page, I am unable to submit a return request through the system.
For the past four days, I have been calling customer service daily. Each time, I am told that the issue has been recorded and will be resolved, but my order status has still not been updated, which prevents me from starting the return process. This situation is causing both a delay and inconvenience.
I request that my order status be urgently updated so that I can initiate the return process without any further issues and complete my return.
