Apple iPhone 11 Persistent Error and Lack of Support

Since I bought my iPhone 11 a month ago, it has been giving me an error message that says "Unable to determine if your battery is genuine." Even though we got the device brand new and sealed, it has never been fixed. When I sent it in for warranty work, they updated the software and sent it back. But after two weeks of using it, the same mistake came up again. Even though it was broken, I kept using the phone for about six months. When I sent it back for a second warranty claim, they said it was my fault. How could my everyday use have caused a problem? They only care about making money off of the situation and offer no real help. There is no doubt that customer service is not good.
