I purchased my Apple AirPods 2nd Gen earbuds and since day one, I have been experiencing echoing sound issues during phone calls. Regrettably, the device couldn't be replaced, and they sent it to the service center. However, they returned it unfixed and now the issue still persists. Additionally, the warranty date on their system is incorrectly displayed, indicating that it has already expired, despite my purchase on March 14, 2023. I bought an expensive product from Teknosa that is no better than a cheap $100 earphone, and I've lost trust in them. Unfortunately, I had to pay a high price solely because it's an Apple product. I won't buy Apple products again, and hopefully, people who read this review won't waste their money as I did. I demand either a replacement or a refund. If a solution is not provided, I'll keep complaining persistently until my problem is resolved. I urgently need support to solve this issue!
