On the Minichat app, my account was recently banned again for “rude behavior” simply because I typed a name. Even though I did not use any insults, profanity, or engage in any behavior that would violate the rules, being blocked in this way has been very upsetting.
I believe the reason for the ban is unjust, and I am requesting that my account be reopened. I have not yet been able to reach any support channels, so through this complaint I am asking for my account to be reviewed and for this ban, which I believe was issued unfairly, to be removed.
