Minichat Keeps Suspending Me After Every Payment — What’s Going On?
I am a long-time Minichat user who has made payments many times. I believe I have been seriously mistreated because I frequently receive unfair bans, especially in the video section of the app. It honestly feels like you are looking for reasons to ban me. Every time I deposit money and open a room, I get banned again shortly afterward, which has left me financially and emotionally exhausted.
On January 28, 2025, at around 1:09 a.m., I was banned again in the video section. I had previously paused the app due to similar issues and got up to get some water. When I returned and was just sitting back down, without engaging in any inappropriate behavior, my account was banned again based on the image reflected on the screen at that moment. In your system, the reason is listed as “rude behavior,” but at that time I was not arguing with anyone, fighting, insulting anyone, or doing anything other than sitting down.
I have been banned many times before and have made payments more than 10 times. The same thing happening repeatedly creates the impression that there is a system in place that penalizes users and pushes them to keep spending money. I believe this situation is completely unfair, and I request that the ban in question be removed and that my account be reinstated. I also ask that my account history and the records from that specific moment be reviewed so that this unjust ban can be corrected.
