Minichat Repeatedly Bans User for “Rude Behavior” Despite Paid Ban Removals

My Minichat account has been unnecessarily banned twice for “rude behavior.” In total, I have received approximately 700 hours of suspension, and in both cases, I paid a fee to have the bans removed. Despite this, I was unfairly banned again on February 6 for the same reason, and this ban is still active.

Even though I use the platform in compliance with the rules, I am frustrated by being repeatedly penalized without justification. I urgently request that the current ban on my account be lifted and that a detailed review be conducted to prevent my account from being unfairly penalized again in the future.
