While using the Minichat app on my iPhone, I received a permanent ban on Monday in a way that I believe was completely wrong and unfair. During my livestream, my sibling briefly appeared in the frame, and as a result, my account was permanently closed. Even though this was not an intentional rule violation but a momentary and accidental situation, the platform imposed the most severe penalty, which has left me feeling victimized.
In the past, I paid a fee through mobile payment to have my account reinstated, and I am a user who has financially contributed to the app. Despite this, there is currently no option within the app to submit an appeal or support request, so I cannot challenge the ban decision and feel completely helpless.
In short, I request that the permanent ban issued due to this brief and unintentional appearance be reconsidered and that my account be reopened. At the very least, I ask that you provide a communication channel where I can explain the situation and defend myself, and that my paid account not be permanently closed in this manner.
