AirPods Pro Has Call Static Issue But Apple Refuses Free Replacement
My AirPods Pro has a persistent static noise problem that occurs only during phone calls. Since I did not use the product very frequently at first, I only recently noticed the issue when I started using it more regularly. After researching, I learned that this problem is a known manufacturing defect and that many AirPods Pro units with the same fault were replaced free of charge by Apple.
However, when I contacted an Apple authorized service provider, I was told that the free replacement program had ended and that the only option available was a paid repair. No alternative solution or goodwill support was offered, despite the fact that this is a manufacturing issue.
I strongly believe that there should not be a time limit for replacing defective products caused by production faults. My AirPods Pro should be replaced free of charge just like other users who experienced the same issue. It is unfair to deny service simply because I started using my device later.
This is clearly not user damage but a product defect. I am demanding that Apple replace my AirPods Pro free of charge and resolve my grievance urgently.
