Apple AirPods 2nd Generation Headphone Malfunction

I purchased Apple AirPods 2nd Generation earphones a year ago. Shortly after receiving it, the microphone part failed; they replaced it under warranty. After a while, the same problem reoccurred, and I was told that it was a user error, not covered by the warranty and that if I wanted, I could have a paid repair for 3300 TL. Let this be a lesson to those who will prefer Apple's quality headphones. According to them, the grill part of the earphone was damaged, resulting in a malfunction. I don't even take the earphones out of their case to avoid damage; there isn't even a scratch on it, but for some reason, both of the grilles, which are located in an extremely difficult-to-reach location, are damaged. It's a real shame. I would not recommend Airpods to anyone; instead, look for other brands, as I am very disappointed with Apple headphones.
