Apple Rejected My Refund Request for Unauthorized Charge

On June 28, 2025, at 10:30 PM, I immediately canceled my credit card due to an unauthorized transaction and called Apple Support at the same time. However, since they were closed at that hour, I couldn’t get any assistance. On June 29, 2025, at 8:00 AM, I contacted Apple customer service and requested a refund. My request was denied the next day. I do not understand how a refund request for a transaction made without my knowledge could be rejected. I demand that this issue be resolved and the amount refunded. I also have photographic evidence showing that the transaction was unauthorized and that a second attempt was made by third parties.
