Omio Changed My BlaBlaCar Departure Time Without My Consent

I purchased a BlaBlaCar ticket through Omio for travel from Paris to Cologne on July 6, 2026, for €58. After completing my booking, the departure time of the trip was changed by approximately 15 hours earlier without my knowledge or consent. I became aware of this change only after receiving an email on June 25. The newly assigned departure time is completely incompatible with my travel plans.

This schedule change was not caused by any action or mistake on my part. Despite attempting to contact both Omio and BlaBlaCar to resolve the issue, I have not received the assistance or support necessary to address my complaint. A departure time change of this magnitude fundamentally changes the service that I originally agreed to purchase.

Because this significant schedule change was made without my consent, I respectfully request a full refund of the €58 I paid for this journey, without any deductions. I also ask that this matter be thoroughly reviewed, that the unauthorized schedule change be taken into account when evaluating my claim, and that my refund be processed as soon as possible.
