Apple Online Store Canceled My Orders Without Notice and Didn’t Return My Payment

On September 27, 2025, and September 30, 2025, I placed two separate orders through the Apple Online Store for a 70W USB adapter. My order numbers are w1340542444 and w1574757185. Both orders were canceled without any notification, and I only discovered this when I checked my account. When I contacted customer service, they claimed the cancellations were due to “card issues”, but my credit card is fully functional and has no problems.

After the cancellations, the payments remained in authorization status (pending), and to this day, the refunds have not been credited to my account. When I reached out to customer service, they responded with “the bank hasn’t refunded it” and offered no further assistance or solution.

I request that my refunds be processed immediately and that this issue be resolved without further delay.

It still hasn't been deposited, I've never seen anything like this.
