Apple Store Refund Delay — Canceled iPad Air Order Not Refunded After Weeks

On September 24, 2025, I placed an online order for an iPad Air through the Apple Store. On the same day, I canceled the order through the same platform. The amount of ₺33,000 was charged to my card and remained in authorization status (pending transaction). Although the order appears as canceled on the website, the payment has not been refunded to my account.
Throughout this process, I contacted Apple customer service five different times, and each time I was told that the refund would be processed within 10 business days at most. However, even after this period passed, no refund was issued. Apple representatives told me that the problem was caused by my bank. When I contacted Yapı Kredi Bank, they informed me that all other refunds are processed within two days, and that the only refund not received was the one from Apple.
Apple later responded with the explanation “The order was canceled and not billed”, yet as of October 8, the ₺33,000 still hasn’t been returned to my account, and I haven’t received any satisfactory explanation. Since no progress has been made, I request that my ₺33,000 refund be deposited immediately and that my grievance be resolved without further delay.
