I’ve been using my Soundcore Life Note E earbuds for about a year now, and suddenly, they’ve stopped charging properly. Since yesterday, instead of charging normally, the case only blinks with three flashing lights, which never used to happen before. Now, I can’t use the earbuds at all because they don’t hold any charge, and the case behaves oddly.
I find it unacceptable that a product that’s supposed to offer reliability starts malfunctioning just after a year. I have always taken good care of the device, so I’m confused and frustrated as to why this is happening. If this is a common issue or a manufacturing defect, Anker should acknowledge it and offer a fix or a replacement.
I’m requesting:
Clear instructions on what’s causing the charging issue.
A repair, replacement, or refund if the unit is defective.
A response from Anker support regarding whether this is a recurring hardware issue.
For a brand that promotes itself as premium and durable, I expected better performance and post-sales support. Please resolve this immediately.
