I Can’t Sync My Anker Soundcore R50i—Audio Cuts Between the Earbuds Constantly

I’m having a serious issue with my Anker Soundcore R50i earbuds—they refuse to stay synced. The connection between the two earbuds constantly drops, and one side frequently disconnects on its own. This causes the audio to cut in and out during calls or music playback, making the entire listening experience frustrating and unreliable.
I’ve already tried all recommended troubleshooting steps, including resetting the earbuds, repairing them with my phone, and updating the firmware. Nothing has worked. It’s extremely disappointing that a product from a trusted brand like Anker is giving me this much trouble right out of the box.
This clearly seems like a synchronization issue, and I’m not the only one dealing with it. If there’s a known fix or firmware update, it should be communicated clearly to customers. Otherwise, the product is essentially unusable.
Anker, I need immediate support. Please help resolve this issue or offer a replacement. A product at this price point should deliver stable performance—not constant pairing problems.
