To fix this, first check the LED indicators to make sure that the charging case has enough power. If the battery in the case is low, use a certified charging cord and wall charger to connect it to a power source.
Next, wipe down the charging contacts on both the charging case and the device that isn't working right. Wipe the contact points clean with a dry cloth or a cotton swab soaked in a little rubbing alcohol.
Make sure they are free of any dust, sweat, or other things that could stop the charging from happening. After cleaning, put the earbud back into the case and make sure it fits properly. Then, watch to see if the LED light flashes, which means the connection is good.
Try restarting the earbuds if they still won't charge after you've done these things. Put them in the charging case with the lid open.
Then, press the case's button for about 10 seconds until the LED light blinks, which means the reset was successful.
